Our personal units range from 50 sq. ft. to 900 sq. ft. In addition, we have industrial spaces that are zoned for light and heavy industries. These units range from 2,000 sq. ft. to 9,000 sq. ft. Whether you need limited time or long-term storage, we have a wide selection of affordable options guaranteed to fit your needs. All of our mini storage units are steel partitioned with a concrete floor and double roof. Our aisles are angled so that all water drains properly. If you have never stored before, we invite you to give us a call to discuss which unit would be best for your particular storage needs. Outdoor Storage

Our facility also provides Auburn Hills and the surrounding areas with outdoor storage solutions. We specialize in the storage of trailers, boats, RVs (bumper pulls or fifth wheels only). Melmar is a great place to store items that are prohibited from parking at your apartment or subdivision due to association rules. Let our secure,  fenced-in, well-lit, gated property give you added peace of mind, our facility is also routinely patrolled by the Auburn Hills Police Department.  Access is available from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 7 days a week, tenants must exit the facility by 10:00 p.m.  Please call for availabilty.
